Happy New Year!!! (Big long post with lots of pics!)

Happy 2007!!!!

We had a great time visiting friends and family over our break. We started ... if you can believe it... at HOME! It was great to be able to relax at home after Stacie got out of school instead of rushing into the car the next day. The weekend before Christmas, Brad's parents came to our house to spend a few days with us. We ate some very yummy food and relaxed and enjoyed each other's company for a few days through Christmas.

Here is a cute picture (yes, Abby has a Santa outfit (we know, but it's her fault for being so tolerant.))

When we left for NY, the Blythes Sr. graciously took Abby with them for the week. As you can see here, it's pretty obvious she hated every minute of it!

So yes, VERY early Tuesday morning, we headed to the ATL airport to go to NY without the 14 hour drive! We spent a few days there with Stacie's parents and we also able to see lots of other family and a few friends while we were there. One night we had 16 people for dinner - lot's of fun family! It was a great time! Observe the present madness:

We even got to see snow (for one day.) Plenty to last us another year - and to remind us why we live in the south!

It was great to be able to spend time with everyone, both in GA and NY. :)

For New Year's, we went to FL to spend some time with Mike and Jenn. Pretty sweet to ring in the New Year in shorts and t-shirts! (and it was great to see them too... :) )
Overall, it was a great, though tiring, break. We wish we could have visited with more people, but we appreciated the quality time we got with the people we did see. :)

Now we're back to work and all of the "joys" that go along with that. But hey, 3-day weekend this weekend!

We hope you all had a great holiday! We wish you all a very happy and healthy 2007! Visit soon!!
